## Direct-deal positioning
CTVBreak is not an SSP, DSP, auction marketplace or open programmatic exchange. It is intended for inventory that a publisher or channel owner has sold directly to an advertiser.

## Typical workflow
1. A channel owner, publisher or seller agrees a direct advertising deal with an advertiser.
2. The campaign and video creative are added to CTVBreak.
3. Campaign dates, pacing, targeting and eligibility rules are configured.
